Buildings and related property at scheduled locations, on all-risk or named-peril wording as the program provides.

The program
01
Buildings and related property at scheduled locations, on all-risk or named-peril wording as the program provides.
02
Furniture, fixtures, and other business personal property, including tenant improvements where they apply.
03
Time-element loss following a covered property event — extra expense, loss of rents, and the period of restoration the form defines.
04
Primary, excess, and difference-in-conditions layers arranged so the premises sit with the rest of the organization’s coverages.

The premises
A working property program often needs more than a single policy: the building, contents, deductibles that match how the premises are actually used, and excess that does not leave a gap.
Shield facilitates that structure. Some layers may be issued by the Company; others are placed so the program still reads as one. The issued forms govern.
Schedules
Property inquiries should include the location address, occupancy, and any existing underlying or excess in force.
